This policy is not applicable for customized products involving design customization. Size customization can be accommodated.              

In case of a refund on 15 Day Money-Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product back at the base location. If the mode of the payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by the reversal of the transaction.

In case of a product purchased in exchange of gold coins, the money back policy will not be applicable. However, you can exchange the coins for our products at 100% value
